About the Waiting Badge
It is a badge that is displayed on the property page of potential sellers/landlords.
Types of Waiting Badges
There are three types of Waiting Badges:
- “US$3”: Displays a badge on the property page.
- “US$5”: Displays a badge on the property page and allows you to send contact information to the user who created the property page.
- “US$10”: Displays a badge on the property page and allows you to send contact information and a message of up to 50 characters to the user who created the property page. Each badge is displayed for three months from the date of purchase.
Information sent after purchasing a Waiting Badge
When a potential buyer/tenant purchases a Waiting Badge, the username is sent to the potential seller/landlord.
Additionally, as mentioned above, the “US$5” and “US$10” Waiting Badges allow you to send additional contact information.
Information about Waiting Badges available to third parties
It is not possible to know from the property page who has sent a Waiting Badge, nor can it be known from the user’s profile page.
What should I do if I receive a Waiting badge?
The Waiting Badge is suitable for grasping the potential demand for properties. Please utilize it for facility investment plans and the like. Also, if contact information has been sent, please consider getting in touch for future sales or rentals.

The payment processing company that provides the payment service saves the information.
On purchase history
You can check it on the dashboard.
On revenue sharing
The total amount of badges displayed on the property page is used as the basis for revenue sharing with the user who created the property page.
The ratio of revenue sharing is determined based on the specifications, features, and other posts listed on the property page.
On the confirmation of revenue sharing
The distribution amount is confirmed at the end of each month, and the confirmed distribution base amount can be checked on the revenue dashboard on the 1st of the following month.
On the method of revenue distribution
Revenue distribution is carried out when the distribution base amount exceeds US$50 and the user applies for distribution. Amazon gift certificate is sent to the registered email address. (will implement paypal payout in near future)

Upper limit for revenue sharing
Once the distribution base amount exceeds US$2,000 per year, the purchase of Waiting Badges from the property page will be disabled for that year.
Payment schedule
Payments will be made by the end of the month after the next month after the application date.
If the distribution base amount remains below US$50 for 180 days
The distribution base amount that has been finalized for 180 days will be sent as an Amazon gift certificate to the registered email address.
If you delete your account
Once you delete your account, you will not be able to receive any uncollected earnings.
If the place (property page) is deleted
Potential sellers/landlords can delete their place (property page) at any time. At that time, the Waiting Badge will also no longer be displayed.
